First of all, I enjoyed watching American dramas when I was in Korea.
It was fun, at the same time, I could learn lots of practical expression and it really helped me to improve my listening.

"How I met your mother" is like a modern version of "Friends" |

This is my favorite American drama. It's Hilarious!!!! I highly recommend it!!! |
Second and the last(haha only two ways, sorry guys), I talk a lot with my roomies.
One of my roomies is American and the other one is Korean. We hang out together almost every day, so I can practice my speaking while I'm having fun with my roomies(I also learned a lot of slang). I really like it cause I know it's kinda hard to find a chance to talk with native speakers outside of classrooms.
Yeah, these are two ways how I have improved my English and I'm gonna try hard more!!!! :D
nice to meet you Matt,
ReplyDeleteI envy you have an American roommate, because it's really difficult for me to have American friends. you have a very good chance to practice your speaking everyday!!! hope you will enjoy the 3 months left in Boston :)
